Blake Helppie, Chief Executive Officer
	Prior to his appointment as CEO of JobApp Network, Inc., Blake Helppie was an active associate partner at Vineyard Capital Group, which led the $4 million investment in JobApp. While still an associate partner at Vineyard Capital Group, Blake is exclusively focused on the long-term success of JobApp Network as the company's permanent CEO. Blake previously spent 4.5 years at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in both investment banking and Goldman's principal investment area. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Blake served as a consultant with Superior Consultant Company, providing strategic planning for its healthcare clients. Since 1994, Blake has founded, built and grown three companies: an early ISP in California (1994), a provider of custom web application development services (1999), and an owner and operator of offshore support vessels in South America (2005). Blake is a graduate of Georgetown University and speaks fluent Portuguese and German.
Rinart Pepa, Chief Technology Officer
	Rinart Pepa is one of the founders that shares in the JobApp Network vision. He has overseen and actively participated in the design, development and implementation of the JobApp suite of solutions since 1998. Rinart's knowledge, skill and accomplishments establish him as a pioneer in the industry. Rinart leads and mentors the company's technical staff on a day-to-day basis. He also manages the company's technology vendors, ensuring that the company is on top of leading-edge technologies and maintains its competitive advantages. Rinart speaks fluent English, Italian and Albanian.
Ken Lang, Vice President Sales & Marketing
	Accomplished at all aspects of the sales and marketing process including product evangelism, lead generation, sales process and execution and contract negotiation, Lang brings over 20 years of software industry experience to his role at JobApp Network. He has held various executive level positions including vice president of sales and marketing, vice president of marketing and general manager for companies such as Compuware, where he helped increase revenue by $277 million (over 300%) for the file and data management product line over 5 years. Lang is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he obtained his Bachelors of Information Science.
Jim House, Chief Financial Officer
	Jim House is a Senior Financial Officer with 25 years of experience and currently serves as the CFO of JobApp Network, Inc. and Vineyard Capital Group. He has held financial executive positions with both publicly traded and privately-held companies. As a Chief Financial Officer at past employers, Jim performed the lead financial role in over $250 million of capital projects, including multiple IPOs and commercial lending projects, over 15 M&A transactions and a secondary public offering. Jim is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a member of the Financial Executive Institute and the Institute of Management Accountants.
