Blake Helppie
Before becoming CEO of JobApp, Blake was an active associate partner at Vineyard Capital Group, which led the 2007 investment in JobApp. Although he remains an associate partner at Vineyard Capital Group, Blake is exclusively focused on the long-term success of JobApp.
Blake previously spent over four years at Goldman Sachs, in both investment banking and the firm’s principal investment area. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Blake served as a consultant with Superior Consultant Company, providing strategic planning for its healthcare clients. Since 1994, Blake has founded, built and grown three companies: an early ISP in California, a provider of custom Web application development services, and business that owned and operated offshore support vessels in South America. Blake is a graduate of Georgetown University and speaks fluent Portuguese and German.

Rinart Pepa
Rinart Pepa is a founder of JobApp and has overseen and actively participated in the design, development and implementation of its solutions since 1998. Rinart’s knowledge, skills and accomplishments establish him as a pioneer in the industry. As CTO for JobApp, Rinart leads and mentors the company’s technical staff on a day-to-day basis and manages the company’s technology vendors, ensuring that JobApp remains at the leading edge in technology and maintains its competitive advantages. Rinart speaks fluent Italian and Albanian.

Ken Lang
Accomplished in all aspects of sales and marketing — including sales process and execution, product evangelism, lead generation, and contract negotiation — Ken brings over 20 years of software industry experience to JobApp and its clients. He has held various executive positions, including vice president of sales and marketing, and vice president of marketing and general manager for Compuware. There, he helped increase revenue by $277 million (over 300 percent) over five years in the company’s file- and data-management product line. Ken graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in information science.

Jim House
A senior financial officer with over 25 years of experience, Jim is CFO of both JobApp and Vineyard Capital Group. He has held financial executive positions with both publicly traded and privately held companies. As CFO of other companies, Jim performed the lead financial role in over $250 million of capital projects, including multiple IPOs and commercial lending projects, over 15 mergers and acquisitions, and a secondary public offering. Jim is a graduate of Michigan State University and a member of the Financial Executive Institute and the Institute of Management Accountants.
