Richard Helppie, Chairman of the Board
	Richard Helppie is the Founder and Managing Director of Vineyard Capital Group, the private equity and advisory firm, which led the financial backing of JobApp Network, Inc. Helppie was the Founder and CEO of Superior Consultant Holdings Corporation, a Michigan-based IT outsourcing provider to the healthcare industry. Under Helppie's leadership, Superior Consultant grew to over 1,400 employees and was acquired by Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. in 2005.
Joe Nathan, Director
	Joe Nathan is the former president and chief operating officer of Compuware Corp. and presently is a General Partner of Insight 2811 TE, a $200 million growth capital fund, and Chairman of the Board of Applied Printed Electronics Holdings.
Steven Smith, Director
	Outside Director Steven Smith is the Chairman of Credential Check Corp., a leading provider of pre-employment screening services, and serves as the President of Summit Group Advisors, LLC, a provider of strategic planning systems and executive support for owners and CEOs that seek dramatic growth or change. Smith previously served as the President of Smith Security Corporation, which was acquired by Securitas AB in 2000.
Mike Soignet, Director
	Mike Soignet is a 26-year veteran in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. His background includes experience in Franchise Operations, Food Distribution and Manufacturing, R&D, Quality Assurance and Procurement. Most recently he held the position of EVP of Franchise Operations, Distribution and Procurement for Domino's Pizza, the world's largest pizza delivery company. He also serves on the Board of Regents of Ave' Maria University.
Shail Arora, Director
	Shail Arora joins Vineyard Capital Group as a Managing Partner. Shail brings Vineyard 25 years of solid business skills, deep technical knowledge and entrepreneurial success. Shail founded two organizations: one, a cloud-based software solution for healthcare and the second focused on ‘social e-commerce’. Shail also co-founded technology company Gradepoint. Mr. Arora has also served as a principal at IBM, running a national advanced technology practice. Shail began his career at EDS working in advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, knowledge-based systems, and object technology.
Matthew Glotzbach, Director
	Matthew Glotzbach brings Vineyard Capital over 15 years of experience in Internet technology, product strategy, enterprise product management, marketing and sales. Matthew is responsible for the strategy, development and management of YouTube’s business and product direction in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Previously, he led the Apps and Enterprise product divisions within Google. Prior to joining Google in 2004, Matthew was a senior member of the management team for the computer industry business unit at Trilogy, an enterprise software company based in Austin, TX. Matthew holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
