An easy to use web portal allows applicants to fill in and submit their application, be presented with appropriate opportunities and then allow them to answer the position fit questions designed specifically for that position.  They can also return later and check the staus of the opening or apply for another position.

One of our competitive advantages that allows applicants to apply by phone 24/7 - 365 days a year.  Others may offer phone attendants; however, the information gathered and compiled for you is far less, with no weighing, ranking and scoring.

We provide a unique Vanity Toll Free Number 1-888-ABC-JOBS (Example) as well as the URL, www.abcjobs.com (Example) that directs the applicant to your JobApp site.

JobApp Profile
A JobApp Profile collects the standard personal information, work history, education and references.  In addition to that, JobApp provides four other unique elements within the profile:
  • Pre-Q - Lets you know how well they match a particular posting you have made in the areas of days, shift, expected wage, are they legal to work in the U.S., are they willing to work a changing schedule, do they have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, how many miles are they willing to travel to work.
  • Posi-Fit - Are Position Fitness questions relating to specifics.  These are questions we work with you to develop for each position you want to source for.
  • Hire Up - A Universal Psychometric that measures the applicant across five dimensions; Honesty / Integrity, Dependability, People Skills, Motivation & Work Ethic.
  • PredixStar - The above three reports create the JobApp PredixStar Report Giving the hiring Manager, at a glance, a Color-Coded Star Ranking page which lets them know in seconds how well this applicant fits a particular position and posting.
Voice View
Is an embedded PDF file in the Job Application Profile we provide to you, that allows the hiring manager to click on the icon, and actually hear the applicant, in their own voice, tell you why they think they are best suited for the position for which they are applying.  The JobApp feature is provided to you whether they apply by phone or web.
IntelliRoute / Geo-Route
Automatically matches applicants to positions nearest their home, and automatically manages the distribution of applicants among multiple hiring locations based on their current staffing priorities.
Management Console
Allows centralized oversight & management of decentralized recruiting operations, while still enabling field management to control their own recruiting.
