Management Console
At the heart of the employer portion of the JobApp Solution is the Management Console. This is a custom configured web based application that allows the employer to view, manage, transact and report on all items related to hiring. Managers are able to manage and deal with their specific locations, departments, job postings, applicant scoring and applicant profile/job applications.

The JobApp system allows hiring managers to view all applicants, very easily, all at one time, without having to sift through piles of written applications. The JobApp profile provides more information on applicants than standard applications. This information allows hiring managers to concentrate their limited time to interviewing and selecting the best candidates with less paperwork.

Anywhere a Hiring manager goes, the JobApp system follows. JobApp allows managers to access their Management Console from any internet connection. This allows offsite managing ability to any JobApp user.

Reporting and Business Intelligence (BI)
The JobApp Solution provides extensive user driven reporting and analytics. JobApp also provides a graphical Business Intelligence Module that allows managers to "Drill Into" applicant flow and sourcing data by Country, State, County, Zip Code Group and Location.

Easy to use, easy to Learn
JobApp Network provides, every hiring manager, training on how to use the JobApp system and leverage the power of JobApp. The training takes no longer than an hour and shows how user friendly the system really is. Regular educational updates and best practice information is shared. Customer service is available to support and assist all users.
