According to the latest People Report Workforce Study, average hourly employee turnover in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry is 151%. Most operators will find that their unit-level employee turnover is not spread evenly—some hiring managers and restaurant locations, for example, will have 300% turnover, while others will have 75%.
