Implementation Process and Framework
The JobApp Solution is implemented by a team of implementation specialists that "Custom Configure" the solution for each enterprise customer or franchise brand.  It is configured to the customer's locations, users, rights, positions and positional pre-interview questions.  We leverage an internally developed "Implementation Framework" to streamline the processes and provide maximum solution effectiveness.  The JobApp Implementation team gathers information from the customer organization but performs the "heavy lifting" providing approximately 95% of the effort to complete the roll out.

The timeframe from project kickoff to full implementation is a few short weeks for an enterprise customer, and a few days for an existing franchise.  The implementation team provides orientation, best practices consulting, training and performance metrics to help our customers gain the most from the JobApp Solution

The JobApp Solution includes Help and Support to all users of the system.
