Source Module

Integrated Solution for the Hourly and Salaried Workforces

The JobApp Source Module combines the accessibility of the web and the phone to allow your applicants to apply in multiple languages, 24/7 by web or by phone. The relevant location, department, recruiting or hiring manager is then notified by e-mail whenever he or she has new applicants to review in the JobApp management console.

Unlike virtually all of the talent management solutions that litter today’s marketplace, JobApp was built for use on a decentralized basis—meaning that everyone from store and restaurant managers to Chief People Officers use and embrace the system to hire better people, faster and at a lower cost than ever possible before.

With comprehensive reporting capabilities with roles-based security at all levels, users are able to report on all aspects of the recruiting process as relating to their area(s) or location(s). With built-in EEO data collection and reporting, coupled with strong OFCCP compliance tools, JobApp has helped major federal contractors improve compliance and transparency.

Hourly and Field-Based Workforces

In contrast to salaried hires, which are heavily sourced over the web, it is critical to have a balanced sourcing strategy for hourly and field-based hiring, where up to 60% of the applicants do not have convenient web access. Key sources of candidates often include walk-ins and referrals, in addition to local media, hourly job boards, like SnagAJob, and Craigslist. Below are a few of the components of a successful hourly employee sourcing strategy:

  • Storefront and in-store tools: signage, recruitment cards, and the JobApp Dispenser
  • Employee referrals
  • Job Boards (snagajob.com, careerbuilder, Craigslist, etc.)
  • Local media including newspapers and radio

Sourcing success is a key component of automating the hiring process. As part of the implementation process, the JobApp implementation team reviews with our customers over 20 different components of a successful hourly sourcing strategy.

The JobApp Difference:

  • JobApp Dispensers, Recruitment Cards, POP materials and signage
  • Implementation sourcing strategy meeting and checklist
  • Graphics support for selected sourcing efforts
  • Automatically track sourcing efforts back to applicant results with dashboards and reports

Salaried and Professional Workforces

With improved capabilities to support your exempt and professional recruiting efforts, JobApp now offers a powerful requisition-based module, allowing applicants to review salaried job postings on your career site and upload resumes. Meanwhile, your recruiters have the ability to parse, store and search resumes and then attach resumes to specific requisitions. Workflow management is also flexible enough to handle your organization’s unique processes.
